Change Your Password

If you are logged in and wish to change your password, follow the steps below:

1. Select My Account from the menu.
2. Next, click on Change Password.
3. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
4. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
5. Click on the Change button.

If you are not logged in and forgot your password, follow the steps below:

1. Go to our homepage, www.sendthisfile.com.
2. Click on “Sign up/ Log in” from the upper right hand corner.
3. Click “Forgot my password”.
4. Enter information.
5. Check your email inbox for confirmation email of password change and click link in email.
