How to remove my account or delete my information?

Need to remove your Free Plan and/or delete your information? Are you looking to reduce your carbon footprint? We understand and this article will show you how to do that!

Open the Sendthisfile website and login to your account.
Select the Navigation icon (the 3 horizontal lines near the upper left corner).
Select the down arrow next to your account name and email address.
Select Account Details.
At the bottom of the Account Details section, select REMOVE MY ACCOUNT.
Enter your account email address to confirm that you want to proceed. Once you successfully enter your account email address, the FORGET ME button will turn blue, allowing you to select it.

Once you select FORGET ME, the process is complete.stf-screenshot
