How to reset the password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry! We can help you reset it. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be back on track in no time.

Open the SendThisFile website.
Select Forgot your password.
In order to verify your account, enter your registered email address and select Send Verification Code.
Check your email for verification code email.
Enter the verification code and select Verify code.
*If you need a new code sent, simply select Send new code.
Select Continue to complete the password reset process.

(Note: In this step you can also change your email address by selecting the ‘Change‘ button.)

Enter the new password, confirm the new password by entering it again, then select Continue.

Your password has been successfully changed.
