How to invite a user?

Looking to add or invite a user to your account? Our quick and easy guide will show you how to do it in just a few steps.

Open the SendThisFile website and log in to your account.
Select the Navigation icon (the 3 horizontal lines near the upper left corner).
Under Organization, select Users.
Select Invite User.
Type the email address and then select Send Invitation.

Note: The user will receive an email and must accept the invitation via email to become part of the organization and gain ability to send and receive files.
