Terminology

Upload Form: The highly configurable and customize web page to upload files
Sender Authentication: Require the sender to enter a password prior to sending files
Recipient Authentication: Requiring the recipient to be a registered user. They have to enter their registered password prior to being able to download the file.
Access Control: Control who can send or receive files send from an upload form.
Download Password: The password set by the sender and required prior to download the file.

Encryption

Our upload forms are built to encrypt all files when uploaded, while at rest and when downloaded by the recipient. Data is encrypted in transfer using 128 or 256 bit TLS depending on sender/recipients browser and while at rest it is encrypted using 256 AES.

Customizations

When building upload forms, you have the ability to fully customize the upload form, download form, and the email the recipient gets containing the secure download link. When sending files, the information on the form can be presented in the email the recipient get containing the secure download link. Building custom emails give you control over what the recipient gets in the email.
