How to cancel the subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, we can help. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be unsubscribed in no time.

Open the SendThisFile website and login to your account.
Select the Navigation icon (the 3 horizontal lines near the upper left corner).
Select the down arrow next to your account name and email address.
Select Account Details.
Select Your Plan.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Select Yes to confirm cancellation.
Your cancellation has been processed successfully.

Note: If you need to reactivate your plan, simply click REACTIVATE PLAN.
