If your credit card has expired, or if you need to change the card that we have on file, you can easily do that online, securely.
- After logging in, click on My Account from the menu bar.
- Click the Update button under Billing Information.
- Next, fill in the information under Payment Method. (You will need to fill in all details for the credit card whether it is expired or whether you are replacing it with a new card.)
- Also, please take time to make sure that all Billing Address information is correct, including phone number and email address. We need this information to reach the contact for your account in the (unlikely) event of a change in service. This information is used for billing purposes only, per our privacy policy.
- Click Update.
If your payment has failed, how to update your billing information to get your plan back:
- After logging in, click on My Account from the menu bar.
- Click Compare our Plans
- Purchase your plan again.
- Once you do this, your past settings will be back to normal.
*If you have a filebox, you may need to ‘enable’ it.
